But honey, it's Mabon.

Time to get your Druid learn on again. In two days--the 23rd this year--it's the Fall or Autumnal Equinox. But many will celebrate it today. Cultures and religions worldwide do get weird this time of year. We can't get into it right now. Could get too animated, and frustrated with you, trying to explain it--and accidentally turn you into a Newt, or a Ferret, or something. This more or less happened at a Pittsburgh office party last fall. Good thing that there, at least, no one would notice. Just know it's also called Mabon, Foghar, Alban Elfed, Harvest Home, Second Harvest, Fruit Harvest (especially SF), and Wine Harvest (Boston). Look it up later. What's Mabon, anyway?
