Writing well and sanely.
One of WAC?'s most clicked-on posts is Just Say It: The War Against Legal-Speak. It derives from just part of an actual lawyer document we had to read at work that was both entertaining and disturbing. Our point was and is that more plain, simple, clear, non-legal writing could help get things done and help the public image of lawyers.
